I am going to take a tactical break from training - or in other words, I cannot run for around a week. I have been told by KB that I have to put this up on the blog "otherwise people do not know what is happening". Cheers!
How do injuries like this occur? One minute you're flying, next minute back down to earth with a bang. Also as you get older the longer these injuries take to heal - so what a few years ago would be a mild inconvenience is now a full blown problem. So, week four into the Hal Higdon 18 week program will be a rest week. I can't even pretend to be anything else but extremely frustrated.
