Just back from Flora London Marathon after my first sub-4 hour marathon. I am delighted. Thanx for everyone's kind wishes.

Way to go. Am looking forward to a 3.50 time at NY on November 5 from you. Marathons are very addictive and am sure there will be many more for you. I have done three and hope to keep running marathons till my legs just cant take it any more. Best wishes, Girish
