Up at 06:45 ready to go for a swim only to get to the pool and find it practically full. Don't the Dutch have anything better to do at that time in the morning?.Nevermind, resourceful as ever I went home, worked for a couple of hours and returned. Even busier so i just threw myself in and tried to avoid loads of OAPs whose mid morning "swim-morning" I seemed to have disturbed. And they don't swim - they just stand at the end of the pool, talking and getting in the way. Next time I will swim early and just barge my way through the traffic.
Anyway, swam 1400m, in about 32 mins, got bored and came back home to work.
