As I am still suffering from PF in the left foot, the running is taking back seat to swimming and cycling. Ran 8km yesterday and while it is not so bad, it still niggles me. So this morning went and joined my pensioner friends at the pool and swam 2.500m in 54 mins. Very pleased with that - but worried that my foot is going to be a pain up until next summer.
While the foot is healing it is a good chance to get a good swim and cycle base I suppose.

get a foot rest with an angle for when you are sitting on your swiss ball at your desk
I don't want any excuses come the day!
Are you treeting your foot in any way?
I sometimes use a strasburg sock (sp?) arn have a frozen water bottle at work
I am treating it and it is getting better. But I am pretty sure if I upped the running it would get worse. The frozen bottle is a great idea.
