Milestone

OK. Not a massive one, but cycled 90km today in 3:38:00 and the last 45km into a massive headwind that only Holland knows how to produce. Knackered.

Twice that and I would have completed the Ironman cycling leg. Easy (?!). NOT.

Lots more to do. And it is only just dawning on me.

Still here and getting the mileage in

Lack of posts does not mean lack of effort in training. I have recently come back from my Winter training camp in Australia a.k.a a holiday for 2 weeks, fit and healthy (well, healthy anyway) and I am desperately trying to get the bike mileage in. Every time I leave the house on the bike it rains. Nevermind. Swimming is going........swimmingly and the running is also OK. Just the bloody bike!!!!
